Xander Penney is a Director at Alight, responsible for building out the solar and battery storage capacity in the UK&I. Xander is an ex-strategy consultant with a background in mechanical engineering. He has experience leading corporate strategy and commercial due diligence projects for clients across the clean tech industry. Most recently, he was a Senior Manager in the energy transition team at EY-Parthenon in London, focusing on renewable generation, battery storage and EVs.
