Xinru Xu

Xinru XU is a Sustainable Debt Analyst in the Market Intelligence Team at Climate Bonds Initiative. She specialises in use of proceeds analysis for Green, Social and Sustainability bonds and engaging with various stakeholders; she has also contributed to writing multiple sustainable debt market reports, covering the development of sustainable finance around the world. Prior to this role, she worked at the CSR Department of ByteDance (TikTok) specialising in stakeholder engagement and CSR-related research projects. 

Xinru holds an MA in Global Risk from the Johns Hopkins University and a BA in International Relations and Development Studies from SOAS, University of London. She also holds a CFA certificate in ESG Investing.
