We are a Spanish company dedicated to the engineering and production of Photovoltaic Structures for ground (including agrivoltaics solutions), roofs and carports. The company was founded in 2006 and in 2021 we created a spin-off (together with an investment fund) called SIMPLY SOLAR, focusing on photovoltaic canopies and roofs.
In this last 2 years both companies have performed very well Actually, Simply Solar will be listed in the Spanish Stock Exchange (in a market called BME Scale Up) during 2025! We think this will help to increase (we want to double!) the 45 countries where our Solar Structures are present.
Our company started from an idea and very limited resources. That’s why we are very proud and grateful to see now our Solar Structures in international airports, pharmaceutical companies, +50MWp utility scale projects, United Nations new building… And also of course also in smaller projects in agricultural, industrial or residential areas.
Our Clients are some of the best EPCs and installation companies worldwide, also IPPs, project developers and distribution companies.
