Joseph Holmes

Joseph Holmes is the Executive Director, Resources & CFO at West Berkshire Council.  He provides leadership across a range of services including finance, legal, ICT, procurement, digital services and human resources; the Council has a range of exciting projects and have been recent award winners for launching the UK’s first Community Municipal Investment and for digital transformation. He has previously held senior roles in other Local Councils, including being Chief Financial Officer, at Winchester City Council and Slough Borough Council.
