Brian Moorhead MEng MIET Assoc CIPD, is currently lead Grid connections manager at eSmart Networks, heading up their UK wide grid consultancy team which assists developers with all things grid from project inception to energisation.
Brian has spent his whole career in the power industry, largely within a DNO, across a range of roles focused on connecting renewables, battery storage, EV charging and industrial electrification projects to the grid. Along with the wider eSmart team, he now focuses on unlocking projects that face grid challenges. This is part of eSmart Networks UK-wide ‘one-stop-grid-shop’ approach which offers full turn-key design and build of grid connections up to 132kV as an accredited ICP.
