Andy Hawkins

As a Policy & Commercial Development Manager, Andy and his team are responsible for delivering upcoming CfD Allocation Rounds and supporting the business on near term policy issues and live scheme wide commercial issues. His career spans more than a decade across process improvement, operational and commercial roles.

Prior to joining LCCC in 2021, Andy worked for National Grid ESO in the Delivery Body as a Capacity Market expert. Working closely with Capacity Providers through Prequalification and Agreement Management activities and leading on the operational implementation of the Capacity Market reinstatement. With the experience Andy has gained prior to joining LCCC and during his time with the organisation he has contributed heavily to streamlining internal processes for Allocation Rounds and progressing key policy areas that support the evolution and improvement of the CfD.
