Sakthisekar Rangasamy, BEng, MTech, MIET, is an Application Engineer at SMA, shaping next-generation BESS and PV solutions for a net-zero energy future. He brings 13 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, spanning EPCs, BESS integrators, and PCS suppliers across the APAC and EMEA regions. His previous roles include Senior Manager – BESS Technical Solutions, Manager – Bids and Proposals, and Senior Project Lead Engineer. Sakthi’s core expertise includes PCS and MVPS AC block design, AC/DC integration, end-to-end power plant development, grid compliance, power system stability, and power system studies. He also contributes to commercial strategy, regulatory alignment, and customer training.
