Mustafa Latif-Aramesh

Mustafa has extensive major infrastructure planning experience, having worked on over 20 Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects under the Planning Act 2008. These projects include energy generation (including solar, and nuclear) and transmission, highways, and aviation schemes. He has advised on 7 solar DCO projects, and has also advised on the most complex and major infrastructure projects in the country including the Lower Thames Crossing and the expansion of Luton Airport. Mustafa advises government on infrastructure planning reforms, and is authorised by Parliament to draft and promote legislation.
