Justine Proudler
Justine is the Infrastructure Manager at Lincolnshire County Council and leads a multi-disciplinary Infrastructure Planning team. The primary role of the Infrastructure Team is to provide the Councils response to Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIP’s). Justine joined Lincolnshire County Council in 2023 with the task of developing a new team to enable the Council to fully engage and respond to the growing number of NSIP’s in the County. Lincolnshire are currently host to 21 NSIP proposals, including National Grid upgrades, carbon capture storage, the new Lincolnshire Reservoir and 12 solar schemes. Before joining Lincolnshire County Council Justine managed the Development Management team at Derbyshire County Council, having worked in the Planning Service at Derbyshire for 17 years in various roles.
