Isaac is Senior Planning Officer for NSIPs at Suffolk County Council. He represents the council’s interests in the planning process for energy NSIPs. Isaac led the council’s response to a large Solar NSIP located in west Suffolk, and he is also currently leading the council’s engagement on Sizewell C Nuclear Power Station.
