Helen Raynsford

Helen is a Senior Associate in CMS’s Energy and Climate Change team. Helen advises developers, investors and offtakers on power projects, commercial transactions and regulatory compliance in the energy sector. Helen has a particular focus on energy offtake and revenue streams, having advised on numerous optimisation agreements, power purchase agreements and subsidy schemes across a range of renewable technologies. Helen’s extensive knowledge of the development and operation of renewable and decarbonisation projects has been acquired both in private practice and through an in-house role at Lightsource bp.
