Helen Gray

Helen’s primary focus is on the energy sector where she advises on transactional and regulatory matters across a broad spectrum of energy generation, offtake and transition projects.  She has a particular specialism in clean tech and sustainability, having worked extensively over the last 12+ years on renewable energy projects in the UK, Nordics, Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Helen has also advised on numerous PPAs for generators, offtakers, lenders and utilities, particularly in relation to onshore and offshore wind, solar and energy-from-waste projects.  She is part of the Corporate PPA advisory team at Pinsent Masons, working on high profile corporate offtake arrangements as well as portfolios of smaller-scale private wire electricity supplies.
