Georgina Worrall

Georgina joined POWERful Women in November 2021 as their Project Manager.

Within her current role, Georgina oversees the management of POWERful Women and works closely with the POWERful Women Board, energy CEOs and energy D&I Leads on the strategic development of the initiative and ensuring gender diversity remains on energy company agendas.

Outside of POWERful Women, Georgina is a founding member of a wider cross-sector EDI initiative, Tackling Inclusion & Diversity in Energy, is a member of the government’s Power and Networks Workforce and Skills Group and sits on the Advisory and Observer Board of a European led Gender in Energy Study.
