Cathal Hennessy

Joining RWE back in 2016 with responsibility to establish the RWE Ireland renewables business, Cathal is now RWE’s Head of Development UK and Ireland (solar, onshore and BESS). Cathal is responsible for the development of a ~10GW pipeline of solar, onshore wind and BESS projects across the UK and Ireland. This includes the recently acquired JBM Solar platform in the UK, with a solar development pipeline of ~3.8GW. Cathal is a graduate of Environmental Science, Finance and Project Management.
