Arthur Goodhart

Arthur is the Co-founder and Head of Data at Searchland, the UK’s leading proptech platform. With a first-class Master’s in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Nottingham, he co-founded Searchland in 2021 to transform access to UK property data.

Under Arthur’s leadership, Searchland has built a powerful data pipeline that aggregates information from over 1000 sources, supporting use cases from land acquisition to renewable energy development. He oversees a team that continuously delivers new platform features for clients including Downing Renewables, Renewco Power, RWE, Bute Energy, and Ofgem, who cited Searchland in their TMO4+ Impact Assessment.
