Aditi Bhat

Aditi is the Talent Acquisition & Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager at Sonnedix, a Renewable Energy Producer (REP) with over a decade-long trajectory of sustainable growth. She leads on the DEI agenda and manages talent attraction, recruitment, and employer brand. Her core responsibilities include ensuring the workforce is diverse, inclusive and follows equitable practices.

Prior to Sonnedix, Aditi was MD at Common Purpose, a global leadership development organisation. She led on operations across Europe, Middle East and South Asia and managed some of the organization’s largest global corporate partnerships to deliver experiential, scalable leadership solutions.

Aditi is originally from India, where she trained as a lawyer and has public policy, advocacy & campaigning experience. She led the policy and research efforts of the SaveLife Foundation, a campaigning organisation in India that works on legislation and training to improve road safety in the country. She is a qualified lawyer who has practiced in the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court and India’s national consumer forum.

Aditi is passionate about growth and impact at scale. She has lived and worked in India, the Netherlands and UK.
