Liam Gillard

Liam is a senior programme manager at Salix Finance, a non-departmental public body administering government funding to empower the public sector to decarbonise and accelerate the transition to renewable energy.

At Salix, Liam supports the management and delivery of the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS), providing grant funding for heat decarbonisation and energy efficiency measures across the public sector. Liam has also been responsible for leading the Wales team for Salix and has supported the delivery of the Wales Funding Programme, in partnership with the Welsh Government and Welsh Government Energy Service, in inspiring action within the public sector in their journey to decarbonisation.
