Inga Doherty

Inga leads the Climate Policy & Programme Team at Oxfordshire County Council. For the past four years, she has worked on Project LEO (Local Energy Oxfordshire), one of just three Smart Local Energy System national demonstrators, managing the development and delivery of LEO’s strategic energy mapping tool and the council’s participation in the project’s flexibility trials.  With previous roles in Energy Strategy and Research & Intelligence (demographic lead), Inga has over 20 years’ experience in using and communicating complex environmental and socio-economic data to support evidence-based decision making.
